HDPE Toggle Blanks

Just the HDPE bar stock we use to make our deck toggles. These are cut to our common toggle lengths and chamfered on all 4 sizes, so all you need to do is drill and round the ends. To make beads you can drill multiple holes and cut between them with a hand saw (please don't use a chop saw), and use the bead making technique shown in our Skin-on-Frame Kayak Building video course.

We offer bar stock in two standard lengths (typically the shorter are used on the foredeck and the longer aft of the cockpit). If you need custom sizes let us know, we are happy to make them for you.

Sold individually. Available in ivory, white, or black.

Short: 1/2" x 11/16" x 3-1/2", 1/4" chamfer on 4 sides
Long: 1/2" x 11/16" x 2-5/8", 1/4" chamfer on 4 sides
