Gunwale-Mounted Paddle Holder Kit for Canoes

This kit gives you everything you will need to mount a paddle on the outside of a canoe gunwale. We generally use this with our pedal drive system, because it allows for the fastest possible access to your paddle for rapid evasive maneuvers. For a normal canoe I probably wouldn’t bother. Kit includes plastic hook, two stainless washers to prevent fitting from over-compressing, two plastic pad eyes and mounting hardware, and 30 inches of 5/16" marine bungee.
