Perimeter lines give you something to hang onto for rescues in windy conditions, which can mean the difference between losing your kayak or not.

For paddlers looking for extra visibility at night, our nylon perimeter line is an abrasion resistant life-safety rated cord (meaning you could theoretically use it in climbing applications) with highly reflective striping woven into the sheath that is not obtrusive in the daylight, but glows brightly if light hits it at night. An excellent safety feature in areas with boat traffic and also nice for keeping track of your paddling partners in the dark!
