Sea-Lect Rudder Control Footbraces with Cables

Sea-Lect footbraces are stiff, strong, and low profile, allowing for easier access to camping gear in the bow. The entire foot pedal pivots on this rudder control model, and while the control 'feel' isn't quite as nice as the SmartTrack Toe Pilot system, in practice it feels quite solid and does not seem to 'wag around' with unintended control inputs.

The ability to lock these footbraces in a neutral position makes them MUCH easier to install than SmartTrack Toe Pilot footbraces. When paired with a Sea-Lect rudder, the pedals automatically lock in a neutral position when the rudder is raised, giving the same rock solid feel as a normal Sea-Lect toe pad.

This kit comes with cables. You will need to purchase a Drop Kit to install these in one of our kayaks. All manufacturer hardware is included and will allow for drop kit mounting.
